Information Related to Data Collected through the IMAYL® Platform
IMAYL collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.

Information Gathered from Members
If you elect to contact us, setup a free trial or use our services, you will be required to provide us with certain personal information, including your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and job title.
When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use and the operating system version.
We do not ask for, access or track any location-based information from your mobile device at any time while downloading or using our Mobile Apps or Services.
